I have 50 Gold coins (1990 Irish 50 ECU) that I plan to sell on Ebay. I’ve heard that some graders will give you a higher grade if you pay them more. I want to know if it is worth it to take my coins to a grader.

I would only do this if the coins are rare or only in uncirculated or proof condition. You can go on line and check companies like PGCS, ACG, ICG or just do a search for coin graders in your search engine. The cost of shipping and having the coin graded may not increase the value of your coin enough to recapture the cost of what you own them at now.
